Starting from the next month, users need to pay to have access to the system.

System is prepaid (can't generate bill). User will lose access to the system after 15 days of not paying the fee. User isn't required to pay the subscription fee every month.

Users need to pay using www.hoviv.am/pay website, via card transfer.
